London Counterbalance Forklift Training - Demand is always high for our popular Counterbalance Forklift Truck Training courses. A Counterbalance forklift refers to a forklift with a weight that counters the balance, allowing the weight of the load to be spread equally across the arms of the forklift. Counterbalance forklifts are made so the weight behind the center of gravity is counterbalanced by the weight on the lift. The load is projected out from the front of the equipment so it is visible to the forklift operator. This particular kind of forklift truck should just be used on level, stable ground or on a prepared surface.
Forklift operators are needed to acquire training which will enable them to better know the proper or right method across the arms of the forklift. The trainee would know to properly raise and lower the load vertically and how to tilt the lift truck mast, moving the mast between 5 and 15 degrees both forwards and backwards. People training would learn the RTITB standards required for safely operating the forklift. Trainees would also become familiar with the types of attachments for the arms of the forklift.
